Backup source does not exist Print

This is a warning letting you know that a folder in the backup selection no longer exists on the client computer.  In this case, you should determine if that folder needs to be restored from backup or removed from the backup selection.

 

NOTE:  These errors maybe new due to upgrades in error check made in the latest clients.  The folders may have been removed some time ago.

 

To remove from the backup selection:

  1. Login to the web management portal
  2. Go to Backup Sets under the user in question.
  3. Find the Backup Set with an issue.
  4. Remove the offending files and folders in the Backup Source files/directories list.
