How do I transition a user from trial to paid? Print

Modifying a user's trial status is quite simple.

1. Navigate to the reseller portal and log in

2. Click "Users"

3. In the user list you can then right click the user in question.

4. Navigate to [Quick Tasks] -> [Change Trial] -> [PAID]

Please ensure the user can login and that the user is no longer suspended if the user is past the 30 day mark of their trial.
