To increase the quota of a user simply follow these steps
To increase the quota of an end-user account:
1. Navigate to your reseller portal and log in
2. Click [Users] then click on the account you would like to edit
3. Part way down the page is the [Quota] field. You can enter in any quota you wish as long as it is available within your account.
4. Click save at the bottom
