When backing up, you may receive warning messages such as:
Microsoft Exchange module is not enabled
Microsoft Windows System backup module is not enabled
To enable add-on modules to a clients account simply:
1. Log on to the reseller portal
2. Click [Users] at the top.
3. Click/View the account you need to edit from the list
4. Part of the way down the page is a list of [Add-on modules]
5. Check the modules you need enabled
